Life Groups - Loving
Life Groups are a vital part of connecting at Faith Church. These groups provide the opportunity to engage in biblical community where people encounter Christ through fellowship, outreach, mutual care for one another, and service.
“And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.” Acts 2:42
Study Groups - Learning
Study Groups are designed for individuals desiring a classroom setting where they will spend approximately 6-8 weeks in a more intensive study of God’s Word; oftentimes, there will be varying amounts of homework encouraged prior to class. These groups are offered at different times throughout the year.
“But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. “ 2 Peter 3:18
D-Groups - Living
A Discipleship Group (D-group) provides believers the opportunity to intentionally develop their spiritual walk with Christ through Scripture reading, memorization, journaling, prayer, and relational accountability with the intent to replicate faithful followers of Christ. These small, gender specific groups meet in coffee shops and various other locations weekly for approximately 1-2 hours.
“And Jesus came and said to them, ’All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.
